Tired of dining hall kosher food? The Brooklyn Sandwich Company partnered with Chabad to bring a Kosher food truck to this university’s campus. The truck is conveniently located near Fraternity Row, which is a big draw for students to buy kosher food.

The truck sells items ranging from traditional Jewish food like matzo ball soup and cholent to American favorites like reuben and pulled brisket sandwiches.

You can find a lot of restaurants along Route 1, but none are kosher, said Chabad Rabbi Eli Backman.

“But anyone in the restaurant business will tell you that to run a restaurant takes a lot,” he said. “so this was an easier way to get something here without having to get a brick and mortar restaurant.”
