The “Bring Them Home Now” organization was created by the family members of the hostages taken by Hamas on October 7th. Since then, chapters of the organization have sprung up in cities across the nation, holding demonstrations, advocating for the release of our family members and friends. Notably, one of the largest gatherings of the Jewish community to date in the US was at the DC Capital on November 14, 2023 when more than two thousand Jews came together in mourning, song, hope, but more than that- as a family… hoping for more to join soon.

“They’ll come home soon”
They say-
Yet in what form,
In what way…
Under which moon…?
“They’ll come home soon”
She whispers, as spears
Of intimidation scatter
From all the mad-hatters
Who bring excruciating fears-
As they enable: a monsoon.
“They’ll come home soon”
Says a tired voice,
Who’d often rejoice-
At the statement,
Imaging the arrangement
Of all nestled safely, in her cocoon.
“They’ll come home soon”
We maintain,
Yet they’ll be torn-
In love’s reign
Under another tune…
